Maximus Facilities Group was founded in Everett, Massachusetts with a clear mission: to provide commercial and residential property owners and managers with a single, dependable partner for all their facilities service needs — one they could count on day in, day out, year after year.

Over more than a decade of service, we have grown from a small cleaning operation into a comprehensive facilities management company offering professional cleaning, interior and exterior painting, and skilled handyman maintenance. Our growth has been driven entirely by referrals and repeat business — proof that our model works.
